Single-Engine - A fixed wing, non-pressurized, land aircraft having a non-turbine engine of 450 horsepower or less (including non-powered sailplanes), capacity of seven (7) or less total seats. Aircraft must carry a standard, experimental, or light sport aircraft certificate.
Multi-Engine - A fixed wing, non-pressurized, land aircraft having a non-turbine multi-engine of 700 horsepower or less and capacity of seven (7) or less total seats. And a fixed wing, non-pressurized, land aircraft having a non-turbine engine of 450 horsepower or less (including non-powered sailplanes), capacity of seven (7) or less total seats. Aircraft must carry a standard, experimental, or light sport aircraft certificate.

Rotorwing - A rotorwing, non-pressurized, land aircraft having a non-turbine single engine of 450 horsepower or less and capacity of four (4) or less total seats. And a fixed wing, non-pressurized, land aircraft having a non-turbine engine of 450 horsepower or less (including non-powered sailplanes), capacity of seven (7) or less total seats. Aircraft must carry a standard, experimental, or light sport aircraft certificate.
